EVENT JIGEEN TALK

The Jigeen Talk is a rich and original event created by Fama Sock, founder of the Jigeen.com platform.

Jigeen.com is a platform for reflection and sharing dedicated to women. It offers a safe space where women can connect, exchange ideas, share experiences and find support.

Jigeen, which means “woman” in Wolof, a West African language, focuses on empowering women by encouraging dialogue, solidarity and the exchange of relevant information.

Jigeen Talk is a Jigeen.com channel where women chat in real time. A variety of topics affecting women are discussed. Women can ask questions in confidence, express their concerns, share advice and find answers from a community of caring women.

Jigeen Talk promotes inclusion, diversity and mutual respect. It’s a space where women can feel free to express themselves, learn from each other and find comfort in a committed and supportive community.

In this workshop, we’ll talk about self-esteem and its impact on different areas of our lives.

Since self-awareness is one of the fundamental foundations of good self-esteem, we’ll be breaking it down as much as possible during this workshop. You’ll be immersed in a session of exercises that will help you move towards your essence, your raison d’être. Your strengths and weaknesses.

This workshop will be interactive while respecting your privacy. Your participation will be beneficial. That said, some answers will stay with you and you alone.

In a caring atmosphere, you’ll get to know yourself better. And you’ll be equipped to move closer to your definition of success, while remaining aligned with your essence.
